Nato Green, a local comedian, has a funny rant on sit-lie. His basic point: Nearly 100 percent of all crime is caused by people who are not lying down. In fact, getting people to lie down is a good way to prevent crime. And if you don’t want to look at freaky people on the streets, there’s a train to Walnut Creek every 20 minutes.
