From exhibit to film
In 2002, a group of former Israeli soldiers who fought in the Gaza War talked openly about their treatment of Palestinians in a photo exhibition called Breaking the Silence. In its first film tour outside of Japan, a documentary of the same name tells that story. See this special screening with director Toshikuni Doi on hand.
