The absentee votes are pretty much tallied, and none of the results in the supervisors races have changed much. It’s time for Eric Mar to start breathing again — after running the ranked-choice voting program, he’s ahead by 279 votes. Only the provisionals are left to count, and those shouldn’t change the situation.

So Mar will almost certainly be certified as the winner.
