California was recently walloped by big storms that knocked out power to many customers. TURN would like to know how you were affected by the power outages. When electrical power goes out, certain kinds of phone services are sometimes knocked out, as well. By completing this survey, you’ll help us get a good understanding of the impacts of storms and other disasters on electricity and phone service. Did you lose power? Did you lose phone service?
